All delivery times are up to date at the checkout when placing an order. 
This can change at anytime depending on the volume of orders currently being processed. 

We are unable to rush orders, please order in time for your products to arrive.

Please note, all orders are dispatched in a standard postage box/bag. All items placed on the same order are dispatched in the same postage box/bag.

If you require an order to be split, separate orders would need to be placed, each with their assigned postage.

Please make sure your delivery details are correct at the time of ordering as we cannot be held responsible for lost parcels should it be a fault of your own.

Orders are processed and dispatched Monday - Friday only. Excluding holidays. Delivery times are estimated only. 

First Class Delivery UK

  • Flat rate - £2 per order. 
  • Sent with Royal Mail 
  • Standard Royal Mail processing time - 1-2 working days (Monday-Saturday)

    International Shipping 

    We currently offer International with Royal Mail Tracked.
    Shipping rates are calculated at the checkout prior to ordering. 
    Customers are responsible for custom/duty fees. 

    Should you have any problems with your delivery you can contact us at 

    Orders that are returned back to us, no fault of our own will be refunded excluding postage.

    Although we are not liable for lost parcels, we will help to resolve the problem as soon as we can. 

    We do advise that you check your local sorting office & neighbors before you contact us. 

    Local Collection

    We do not have a shop or a retail space where you can shop our products. 

    Order Updates

    You will receive an order dispatch when your order has left with Royal Mail.
