Due to the current restrictions within the UK we cannot tell you what date/day your order arrive, this will depend on Royal Mail and your local depot. Delivery times are out of our control. 

All processing times are up to date at the checkout when placing an order, the dispatch time shown is not a delivery time, this is the time it takes for the order to be processed in picking, packing and labelling, ready for Royal Mail to collect. 

We are unable to rush orders, please choose the correct postage option for your order to allow time for your products to arrive.

Please make sure your delivery details are correct at the time of ordering as we cannot be held responsible for lost parcels should it be a fault of your own.

If your parcel is returned by Royal Mail due to non-collection and verified by Royal Mail you will receive a refund minus the postage cost.

We do not combine separate order quantities to qualify for free postage, this must be selected at the checkout if free postage is offer is running at that time. Any requests to apply for free postage will be declined, this is not something we can amend.

    Gift Packaging

    Unless stated on product listings, all items are sold as they are seen with or without a backing card. Gift boxes are not provided unless these are purchased with a gift box listing. All orders are dispatched in a recyclable friendly cardboard postage box.

    Custom Choices

    We do not take or allow requests for custom orders. After an order has been placed and a request is made we will not accept this. 

    We are unable to offer the choice of left or right hand facing slides

    Please be mindful before purchasing if you require specifications.

    International Shipping 

    We currently offer International with Royal Mail Tracked.
    Shipping rates are calculated at the checkout prior to ordering. 
    Customers are responsible for custom/duty fees. 

    Should you have any problems with your delivery you can contact us at 

    Orders that are returned back to us, no fault of our own will be refunded excluding postage.

    Although we are not liable for lost parcels, we will help to resolve the problem as soon as we can. 

    We do advise that you check your local sorting office & neighbours before you contact us. 

    If you think you have received an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us. We do need to receive this item back to proceed with a possible exchange or refund.

    Local Collection

    We do not have a shop or a retail space where you can shop our products.
