Well, if you live locally to us, you are in luck! We are so happy to be able to offer a Local Pickup service to our amazing customers, from our Bowtastic warehouse here in Bishop Auckland!
Come and collect your fabulous hair accessories from us for free, yes, FREE!

How it works:
- Add any of our amazing hair bows, headbands, scrunchies or any hair accessory you desire into your online shopping cart.
- Choose "Local Pickup" at the checkout and complete your order. Simple!
- Once your order has been prepared and is ready for collection, we’ll notify you via e-mail when your order is ready, with instructions on how to make your collection.
- Your order could be ready in a little as 1 hour!
- Come and collect your order from us 😊
- If someone is collecting your order on your behalf, please make sure they have your order number or the original email confirmation.

When placing a local pickup order, it is your responsibility to:
- Check the distance from your location to us at the time of ordering to see if Local Pickup is suitable for you.
- Make sure that you can collect your order within 5 working days of receiving a ready to pick up notification.
- Follow on-site parking instructions for the safety of customers and staff.
- If you do not collect your order within the 5 working day time frame, your order will be cancelled and a refund processed (cancellation charges and a 10% restocking fee will apply, check out our Refund Policy here).
- Our opening times for Local Pickup are 9.00am to 3.00pm Monday to Friday. Orders will not be permitted to be collected outside of these hours.
- Orders placed on, or after 2.00pm on the day of purchase, will be ready for collection the next working day. E.g., if you place an order at 2.00pm Friday, this will be ready to collect Monday (the next working day).
